  Hi, Using a picklist with mutiple selection is somehow a sotluion, not a perfect one but a solution. The other solution i would think of is to create as many columns as needed checkboxs.

  Hi, One solution would be to create a move row trigger that runs wevery week and moves the specific rows to an archive sheet. Therefore build a report /dashbord from that sheet ?
